   Went to the store a few weeks ago unsure of what kind of shoes to buy for myself and my son. I wanted something sturdy and long lasting. That was waterproof and non slippery. Katania was wonderful, she was very friendly and she listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what we were looking for. We were very happy with her as she gave us different options and gave us good advice.

   Went in today to try on a pair of jammer trainers not sure to buy in store online due to the colour of shoes. All the staff were absolutely lovely and Emma was really helpful with trying on the different sizes and convinced me to get the shoes. So happy I did they are super comfortable. 10/10 service and would recommend going into store.

   Went into the Shrewsbury sketchers shop yesterday, 23/07/2025. I have fibromyalgia and the only shoes i can wear are Skechers. The lady could not of been more helpful, she explained why the pair i brought would be the best for my feet. I have " lived" in sketchers for about six years now , yes they are not cheap trainers, theses cost £ 75 . But they last for years ,so worth every penny. Thankyou Shrewsbury sketchers for such good and friendly service.

   I have finally found a shoe shop where the staff make me feel comfortable - and a shop that sells comfortable shoes! Staff were really helpful and got out loads of boxes in different sizes without complaint. They checked the shoes fitted properly and, although they didn't have the colour I wanted in my size, they arranged for delivery to my home the next day. top marks to the store manager who was particularly friendly and helpful.
