   I went here today with my almost 3 year old for the first time after seeing lots of recommendations on facebook and I was extremely impressed! The lady who owns the shop/business is extremely knowledgeable and really is not just in it for sales/money. She took the time to explain to me the fitting and measurements side of it and also gave me & my daughter over 5 pairs of shoes to choose from! We walked away with a lovely new pair of shoes, free insoles and a regular place to get the right shoes for my daughter. Highly recommended! ❤️

   Very patient with my daughter who hates having her feet measured. Always feel confident that we have got a good show fit. Several times Catherine could have sold me something but advised it wasn't quite right, so did herself out of a purchase but gained a loyal customer!

   Fabulous experience yet again at minis shoe shop. We've had shoes from here a few times now and the service is always second to none. Catherine really cares about the fit of children's shoes and the development of children's feet. I always get the feeling she wouldn't sell a pair of shoes if she wasn't 100% convinced of the fit. This is such a hidden gem - perfect for this working mum who is panicking about the back to school rush! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   I contacted Minis to ask about the service they provided and they were extremely blunt in their response with no information about current protocols. We went to their shop and were rudely told they had a booking system but there were no signs outside explaining they were running an appointment only system or that they were limiting the number of people allowed in the shop at one time. I think the two women were extremely rude and I will not be going back there again. Shocking customer service!
