   Gorgeous selection of shoes, professionally fitted & built to last. Nice selection of accessories also, I’ve bought cheap shoes in the past but my kids feet have hurt & they’re a false economy. You can’t go wrong here.

   I won’t be going back. I have bought three pairs of shoes from Ollie and Phee, the first pair were great, a professional fitting with good advice, the second pair were absolutely not appropriate and should never have been recommended, these shoes actually caused my daughter to start walking funny. We went back to get her fitted again, she did not need new shoes as she was the same size. No acknowledgement from Ollie and Phee regarding the poor fitting previously. The third pair were well fitted however the decorative flowers started falling off on the second day. I raised this to Ollie and Phee who offered to take them to the cobbler to get them reattached. I raised my other concerns regarding the poorly fitted 2nd pair of shoes and the fact that the last pair not only broke within 24 hours but the small flowers (that have now all fallen off) are a choking hazard! I’ve had no apology or any acknowledgment that there will be further staff training or anything. My last email has just been ignored. Safe to say I am not happy and will not be returning.

   I took both my children to Ollie and Phee today for school shoes and trainers. The shop was lovely and the staff were amazing. They were knowledgable, patient and thorough, and gave us lots of choices.

   We go here to get our disabled daughter fitted for new shoes and have always been extremely happy with the service we get. She is always properly measured and checked before she leaves with her bew shoes and is always happy with what she gets :-)

   Visited yesterday with my daughter for shoes for my Grandson Rhys, just love love this gorgeous shop. Choice of shoes is great. We left with some lovely shoes for summer, a new knitted crocodile who we've named "Chomper" and a fabulous dinosaur raincoat that changes colour when wet.
