“I went into the store around noon on 16 Dec (Saturday) to get a refund/replacement for a broken Air Fryer that I'd bought from Iceland a few weeks ago. The lady manager that helped me was great, sorted the issue out quickly and got me a replacement. It was an online order that was fulfilled by the Sandbach store (which I didn't realise) and it'd been a difficult couple of weeks of to and fro online with Iceland customer support to get to this point, so I was expecting that it's not going to be straightforward but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service in the store, much appreciated!”

“We went for a flu jab last weekend and it was so well organised! A lot of people were due to have the jabs. We turned up a bit early, joined a longish queue which went down very quickly, there were plenty of friendly helpers, the jabs were done quickly and efficiently and we were out.
