Overall Expensive and useless. For several reasons, they are totally overpriced bad quality stuff. Don't even have any decent bread! There cafe keeps closing early. Unhelpful unprofessional rude useless staff.. GO ELSEWHERE... ZERO STARS FOR YOU.

Big thank you to Tina on customer service at Waitrose Sandbach for helping me with my Christmas tree dilema. I saw how great she was with other customers too, really patient and understanding. She definitely deserves a shout-out, Waitrose Sandbach, you have a real asset there!

Good layout of the store. Easy to look at things. Also used the John Lewis collection point and the lady was very helpful. The cafe was lovely and serves lovely coffees. Nice and clean.

Lovely shop, lots of differing items not able to get from my local store. Plus they have Ben & Jerry's peanut buttercup icecream. All 10 in stock went into my basket ... thank you very much ...

Large assortment of goods, but prices are more expensive than in other shops. The same product can differ from other shops by 0.30-0.60p. There's no one difference. The competitors have more choice. But all in all, it's just a normal shop

Shopped today, bought some home made scotch eggs along with black pudding scotch eggs. So dissapointed. They were dry, flavourless. These cost approx £1.75 each. Not worth the money, will stick to making my own. Also how can you price a free range chicken for £20.00 . This was a reduced chicken. The only bargain we purchased was a breast of lamb for £4.60. Whereas is Sainsburys same size is £6.50. Waitrose. Nothing special. Vegetables ridiculously overpriced. Only positive experience was the exit

A good size shop with many good quality items. The large car park (on 2 levels) was really busy on Saturday afternoon but did manage to get a space.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. But the prices are three times normal supermarket. Quality of food is good but doesn’t justify extortionate pricing. Good for small shops if you want to treat yourself wouldn’t recommend doing your main weekly shop there.

I tend to do my weekly shop at Waitrose, most of the time it is a pleasant experience but this time the staff went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for dehydration tablets and could not find it. One of the staff started to help me look for it but both of us could not find it. She then called another colleague and both were able to assist me. After my shopping, I went to the in store cafe and I have experienced an excellent customer service! The food was delicious and fresh, my coffee was made just how I like it and everything was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend this Waitrose store. Well done to all the staff & its management for keeping up with such exceptional service & environment to be around. It is 100% noticed. See you all soon x

Waitrose has long been the goto place in Sandbach for quick visits or even bigger shops. Much of the fresh food is extremely expensive and although the produce is of good quality I personally don't feel it's justified. It does have a great and wide variety however, so if you're after something more obscure, it's likely Waitrose will stock it. They also offer a dry cleaning service and click 'n collect for John Lewis. Cafe on site, toilets too. Good wines, beers and spirits section. Also homeware, books and magazines. Staff are very friendly and helpful
