Had a family emergency and had to miss our home delivery, all sorted next day by the manager and staff. Very understanding manager.
Extremely rude & ignorant guy on the till today. No please, no thankyou, no nothing. If I see him again I'll go eslewhere. Absolutely no need for rudeness to customers. If you don't like your job, GET ANOTHER ONE!!!!
I went into the store around noon on 16 Dec (Saturday) to get a refund/replacement for a broken Air Fryer that I'd bought from Iceland a few weeks ago. The lady manager that helped me was great, sorted the issue out quickly and got me a replacement. It was an online order that was fulfilled by the Sandbach store (which I didn't realise) and it'd been a difficult couple of weeks of to and fro online with Iceland customer support to get to this point, so I was expecting that it's not going to be straightforward but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service in the store, much appreciated!
Staff are always very pleasant. Shop is clean. Good range of stock.

Iceland was supposed to deliver much needed food supplies between 2pm & 5pm. They never turned up, not impressed .shabby, unprofessional. When I find whether they have took my money, I will not use their services again.
Hilarious service today. As we placed our shopping on the conveyor belt, the lady behind the counter was perusing her phone. Then she started swiping our first items with her phone still in hand. Without a nod or a howdy-do, she gave us the total. We paid and packed as we thanked her on our departure, to which she was oblivious as her concentration returned to the abyss of her mobile. Couldn't help but laugh. 5 stars for the chuckle.
