“I went into the store around noon on 16 Dec (Saturday) to get a refund/replacement for a broken Air Fryer that I'd bought from Iceland a few weeks ago. The lady manager that helped me was great, sorted the issue out quickly and got me a replacement. It was an online order that was fulfilled by the Sandbach store (which I didn't realise) and it'd been a difficult couple of weeks of to and fro online with Iceland customer support to get to this point, so I was expecting that it's not going to be straightforward but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service in the store, much appreciated!”

“Always have a good variety of items and super 6 is great. Weekly offers also very good value. Big free car park for the shopping centre, so usually parking not a problem. Bring a pound if you need a trolley.”
