   My partner ordered yesterday from Iceland delivery with Uber eats only to find a bag of shopping not there tried to contact the store and Uber eats no reply from either. as she's disabled n carnt get to the store customer service is absolutely appalling. Wouldn't be using Uber eats again

   Just had the pleasure of being served by Michael, who was abrupt, rude & appeared to wish he was somewhere else! Usually there is a lovely lady serving who is always friendly & elsewhere next time.

   The lady who served us last night around 6pm, was totally fantastic and new products that were dairy free and vegan and told us all the different things including milk alternatives they sell, I’ve emailed the company and I hope she gets recognition for what a good member of staff they have, and we will definitely now shop there as we hadn’t done so before. Just sorry I don’t know her name!

   Staff were amazing. I haven't been in years so didn't know where anything was. Staff friendly and helpful in showing me where everything was. Lots of slimming world food. Going to run my freezer down so l can go back and fill up. Great prices too. I will be back
