“Lovely shop, lots of differing items not able to get from my local store. Plus they have Ben & Jerry's peanut buttercup icecream. All 10 in stock went into my basket ... thank you very much ...”
“I went into the store around noon on 16 Dec (Saturday) to get a refund/replacement for a broken Air Fryer that I'd bought from Iceland a few weeks ago. The lady manager that helped me was great, sorted the issue out quickly and got me a replacement. It was an online order that was fulfilled by the Sandbach store (which I didn't realise) and it'd been a difficult couple of weeks of to and fro online with Iceland customer support to get to this point, so I was expecting that it's not going to be straightforward but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service in the store, much appreciated!”
“Love this class. Perfect combo of a real workout for mummy and fun for baby!”
“Great local place to shop and if you are a co-op member then you also get brilliant offers”
“We travelled from Nottingham to get something different for my daughter's prom dress. Caroline welcomed us warmly and showed us a range of dresses that we could browse. The selection was perfect both in terms of design and colours to consider. My daughter tried on a number of dresses, eventually settling on a beautiful red number, which is both elegant and striking, which is very much my daughter! Caroline's genuine pleasure to help and find the right dress, and recommendations around accessories hair style and shoes shows a clear love for what she does and this translates into an engaging and fun experience whilst informative and invaluable for completing her outfit for prom. Thank you so much Caroline it was a pleasure!!”
“Gorgeous selection of shoes, professionally fitted & built to last. Nice selection of accessories also, I’ve bought cheap shoes in the past but my kids feet have hurt & they’re a false economy. You can’t go wrong here.”
“We ordered a 101 birthday balloon from here. It was perfect. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. Lots of things for every event. Highly recommend a visit for those special occasions also great to support a local community business.”
“Staff are always friendly and helpful at this store and it is always tidy and well supplied with all sizes of stock.”
“Great products, super staff, horrible car park”
“Always have a good variety of items and super 6 is great. Weekly offers also very good value. Big free car park for the shopping centre, so usually parking not a problem. Bring a pound if you need a trolley.”
“Great Sandbach shop for toiletries and lovely staff so helpful”
“Great little coop late shop, open most of the time. Serves food and alcohol.”
“Large store with everything you could need including and extensive garden centre. Can get very busy and therefore social distancing sometimes a bit of a problem.”
“Wonderful shopping experience but would benefit from a refit as the fag counter surfaces are atrocious an inexpensive fix of laminate would do the job.”
“Brilliant day out! I had been looking at this place for a while but was unsure how good it would be. It was easy to find, there is plenty of parking, and it's cheap to go into the play areas (£11.99 per child and £2.99 per adult). I didn't see any disabled spaces, but there are no parking bays so you can leave a space next to the car for wheelchairs/pushchairs access. The car parking areas are well maintained, but are grass/dirt which might not be suitable for all wheelchairs. We went when it was really busy (hot day in the summer holidays) and it wasn't too busy. There are lots of well maintained paths around making it easy to navigate with disability aids (I myself use a stick and had no issues). There is a reasonably priced cafe, farm shop and concessions stand as well. You can also bring a picnic and there are plenty of benches/tables around to eat at! There are also lots of benches/seats in and around the play areas so it's easy to keep an eye on the kids and not have to be too far away. There are various types of play. areas for kids from toddlers to older kids. My son is 5 and he had a brilliant day! The staff around the farm are really friendly, and they look after the grounds so well with regular bin emptying, litter picking and tidying. Well worth the low cost to get in! We will definitely be visiting again! You can buy animal feed for £1 per bag at the entrance (reasonable bag size for the low price) to feed various farm animals on the way round. There are goats, ducks, geese, Free-roaming chickens, cows, horses, and pigs. Overall, I would easily give the farm 5 stars. It is a wonderful place to visit with the kids to get them off their tablets/devices and get them outdoors!”
“Paul & the team have always looked after us, splendidly. Personal service. Appreciated & thank you. Went above and beyond during lockdown, to secure our medications. Far easier than the pain of going through Ashfields & the Chemist there.”
“Good service, staff very helpful, take my heavy bags to my car. They are very friendly, now on first names terms. Lovely produce. Very popular.”
“Great little shop has all the easentials”
“The best charity shop in Sandbach! The team at Sue Ryder Sandbach are absolutely fantastic. The store is always immaculate, with such a great variety of products. Definitely check them out.”
“I bought a shirt and leggings. Great service ..thanks”
“Ordered a new mattress for the Sensory Room in our Day Centre for Adults with Learning disabilities. Customer Services was excellent so a big thank you to Lauren and Kathryn for all their help with measurements etc. They were both very professional and responded to any queries I had straight away. The mattress is very well made and of really good quality. I will definitely be ordering items from them again. Their prices are very competitive too.”
“When I have been visiting the staff have been welcoming and respectful, the prices have been reasonable. They have lovely shop displays in the window.”
“Since I've moved into the area, all the team at this pharmacy have made every effort to make every experience I've had easy, friendly and accurate.”
“I went the 7th of August with several thoughts regarding my issue a bit personal the pharmacist has been very professional supportive she didn't let me feel judged and explain everything with great passion. People like her should be an example to their colleagues that non even look you in the eyes.”
“Great little shop and very convenient hrs and selection for local residents”
“Nice and easy to pay for overnight parking”
“Nice and easy to pay for overnight parking”
“Cracking Coop this and local for us as it's on the main road (A534) back into Sandbach where we live. Also cracking for the M6 as an alternative to the M6 Sandbach Services (North & South) as on the same site there's a Greggs and a Costa Express machine in-store too. The "Billy Bonus" is on a Sunday (as when I 'popped-in' today) it has extended opening hours. Mine was a "distress purchase" as I needed batteries for my TV controllers !!! Well-stocked, well run and pleasant staff which is what we've come to expect and get from this and our other 2 local Coops in Sandbach.”
“Been the shop this evening. Was served by a lovely lady. Nothing but politeness and attentive. The shop looks so much since new management have come into action.”
