   I’m genuinely disappointed with the service I received at One Stop in Sandbach. I went in to drop off an Evri parcel, only to be told by the assistant that they wouldn’t accept it because they already had "some awaiting collection." As someone with retail experience—and a former manager of this very store—I can confidently say that this is an unacceptable excuse. That’s not how parcel services are supposed to work. To make matters worse, the staff member was rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to help or offer a solution. It’s disheartening to see the standards drop so drastically from what they used to be. A store that’s part of a national chain should be able to handle basic customer service and parcel returns without attitude or excuses. Definitely won’t be returning if this is the new normal.
