   I bought fuel for the car and changed my mind on other items I had picked. I was going to the car when staff announced on loud speaker that I had not paid for my items. Even more surprising was I left the shop empty handed and was not carrying any stuff. I had my receipt for the fuel I paid for . Despite trying to signal to her I was not carrying any items and changed my mind on the other items. She went on talking about not paying over loud speaker till I went back in the shop then she acknowledged I left the items.without any apologies. She should have checked before announcing on loud speaker causing me unnecessary embarrassment and making me a laughing stock before everyone else present. It was very humiliating and very unprofessional especially as she clearly saw me that I did not take any item out of the shop

   Good prices. You can buy everything you need. Actually they have the coldest bottled beer I have ever seen in Crewe shops so that is another thing except cheap fuel that Push me to go to this place.

   has everything you need, well Has everything you may need in case of an emergency.(eg. Uninvited guests, forgot to buy that 1 ingredient , etc) has 2 cash points outside. Well organized. Clean place. Has a bit of parking has a little bakery stand, with a variety of baked products. Has a good choice of meal deal options. There can be a bit of a wait at the till, as usually has only one till open, also doesn’t have self-check out

   I came here to buy some items whilst staying in a local hotel. I was served by Steve who was so helpful and smiling. He was upbeat and cheerful with customers before me in the queue. He really made my day. I commented that he was "Smiling Steve".... What a warm welcome by Tesco in Tommy's Lane Crewe :-)
