   The store is fine and I generally have no major comments apart from the number of online orders collecters in the store. I get that it's Christmas and they probably have loads of seasonal staff, but it was carnage. They shear number was an issue, but they left their trolleys all over the place, blocked access to products for people doing shopping and were generally inconsiderate. As it was a subtle issue I would have normally contacted the customer service email rather than doing a review, but Tesco's don't seem to want accessable to their customers.

   My review is for the cafe and not the main store The cafe has recently undergone some changes into how it interacts with customers replacing human beings with touch screens. The net result as far as I can see is a marked reduction in the number of staff. Today between ordering a coffee and a toasted sandwich and them actually being delivered to my table was 17 minutes for the coffee and a further 5 minutes for the sandwich, unacceptable. Modernisation does not always mean improvement, even the staff acknowledged things were not good

   Since when is a Tesco delivery vehicle an emergency vehicle? After an incident like Grenfell you'd think they would know better. We regularly have ambulances, fire engines and other emergency services needing quick access. If it was your relative needing urgent treatment you wouldn't park here. Think twice before doing it again as emergency services have been known to smash windows to get ILLEGALLY parked vehicles out of the way. This is a bad reflection on Tesco as your drivers have been told time and again about this issue.

   The actual store itself is OK, however the delivery experience is a different matter. The delivery drivers are all excellent, cheerful and apart from one nearly writing off my car on the drive some time ago, deliver with no issues. Order picking is hit and miss and occasionally you don't even get a substitute with the excuse of "Your order is now picked and we don't have the ability to add anything to it". Its nonsense and frustrating that you have to then actually go out to shop to fill the shortfalls, pointless having the convenience of delivery then really.

   Wednesday shopping is very quite and annoying as some shelves are empty. Good news is that the products in store are pretty fresh but tills can be a nightmare. Some of the items have also been withdrawn so we have to go to alternative suppliers to purchase.

3. Dave “King_Gooner” ★★★★☆

   Have to admit being a fan of this particular Tesco store, with its very wide aisles and wide variety of goods (electricals excepted). Obviously it is morecexpensive than thr budget supermarkets but unlike those you can pretty much always purchase everything on your list without going elsewhere. Very fast and friendly going through the checkout on this occasion. (although speed isn't always reliably good)

   Drastically under staffed and over priced, Lidl is just around the corner and you can save a fortune. Sorry Tesco but you've lost a very loyal customer. I will add that the staff that are currently working are fantastic, just not enough of them which isn't their fault

   One of the best places to get your shopping and to buy your clothes from. The staff are friendly and very helpful and friendly. There is a pharmacy in store where you can get all your medication from and the staff there are very knowledge about the different medications that they have. I can recommend this store at Crewe Cheshire.

   Excellent selection of grocery items and fresh produce. Have been shopping here for several months now. Staff are polite and helpful. There are cash machines out side and also there are 2 photo booths if needed. Good indoor car parking space and free for 3 hours. Recommended for weekly shopping.
