Today, 18/09/2025 at 7:22, I went to the petrol station to fill fuel. I was waiting at a particular pump because I needed the receipt. Two people used the pump before me, and when they left, I started filling. At that moment, the lady staff inside announced through the microphone that the section was closed. When I checked online, the closing time of the store is shown as 12 AM. I don’t understand this kind of behaviour, and I hope the authorities will look into the matter and take appropriate action.

opening hours need amending. have never actualy been able to use this petrol station, as at 6:30ish its either still coned off or as i pull upto a pump i am told by staff its closed. causing me to have to go out of my way to fill up at more expensive stations.

Tesco need to issue staff with watches. If they want to advertise that the store is open at 6am, staff shouldn’t be bimbling across to open up at 6:10 and then taking 15 minutes to move cones and get tolls online. It’s not a one off either, loss customers many mornings!

Unsure why covid-19 issues meant car wash was shut, that was the reason given to me by cashier, who was pleasant, polite & apologetic, a clean site

It's a petrol station... Not sure what else to add. There is an automated car wash and a DIY car wash. The usual tire pressure machine along with a screen wash dispenser etc. Obviously has the usual shop too.

Momentum, pay at pump, 24 hour, good disabled parking at the main store = defacto logical refueling location.

Fuel is just a fuel but people working there are amazing. Extremely helpful and always smiling! Best one in Crewe!

I have tested today the car wash. The result is horrible, unfortunately... half of my car has been left with cleaning agent...the price is high and the quality is low.. the fuel is alright and the staff are very friendly but don't try the car wash....
