   Awful company, really bad experiences with them. Firstly equipment was installed incorrectly. This meant that we were unable to turn the fibre optics off and these stopped working within less than a year. Equipment was unsuitable for a hospital environment and broke easily. Rhino refused to repair, saying we had to rebuy equipment. When I wanted to purchase a new plug for a projector they said it would cost £88. I bought one online for £8. The prices are much higher than that on other websites. They also sent us back some equipment with a piece missing and refuse to acknowledge this as we didn’t let them know until 48hours after the parcel was delivered. The parcel was delayed in getting to us from our handling department. Avoid. There are much better companies out there.

   Website descriptions not very accurate, slow and expensive delivery. Items ordered and paid for then out of stock. Generally doesn’t seem set up for general retail.

   Ordered a new mattress for the Sensory Room in our Day Centre for Adults with Learning disabilities. Customer Services was excellent so a big thank you to Lauren and Kathryn for all their help with measurements etc. They were both very professional and responded to any queries I had straight away. The mattress is very well made and of really good quality. I will definitely be ordering items from them again. Their prices are very competitive too.
