Even when Ben isn't available, Jamie is always ready to step in and provide great support. The yard team is friendly and helpful, and the delivery drivers are just as reliable. Outstanding service all around!

   Update: Was reached out to directly by the store who are redelivering the missing item + swapping the dark wood. Good customer service response. ** Missing items from delivery, Wood completely different colours, massive stakes >4m long when advertised as ~1.8m+, and only 30 mins notice of delivery window.

   Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed my order on 7th April and delivery was promised on 11th then 14th then 19th. Each time rang to complain and got a new date. Rang this morning and was promised it would arrive this afternoon 20th April. Still no delivery. What do you have to do to get a delivery? My first and last order with them
