   The curved glass shower panel exploded unfortunately two years out of guarantee, completely replaced including a new door and fittings. The only charge seventy five pounds plus v.a.t.fitted within two weeks. Five star service!

   I contacted this company, their man came around, measured up, and said they would send a quote. The quote never arrived, and never heard from them again. This was just a waste of everyone's time. If you don't need the business, just say so up front rather than have people waiting for quotes that do not materialise; if you are so disorganised that you simply forgot to quote, then really look into your business practices.
