   We had been saving for quite a while so we could treat ourselves to a much needed new bed. Our experience at the Crewe store was great. Jon was increadible, going the extra mile to ensure we had all the relevant information to make a decision on our new purchase. Jon then took the time to explain the process so we knew what would happen and by when. Since our purchase Benson's have kept us updated by email. Would not hesitate to recommend this store.

   I visited the Crewe store on the retail park & received excellent service. I visited the store a couple of times & found the Staff were great, so helpful, friendly & patient….not pushy at all. The Manager Jon was very knowledgeable which helped me make my decision. I went for an IGel mattress. He also gave great advice on how to care for my new mattress. I am very happy with my purchase. Offers great support & is very comfortable. The delivery service went smoothly, kept up to date with emails & a phone call from the delivery team to say on there way. They were very polite & thorough. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds (especially the Crewe store).A pleasure to do business with. Thank you to the whole team.

   Jonathan from the Crewe branch has been excellent throughout the transaction, very helpful in store and polite, he kept me updated throughout the process and kindly helped me cancel a smaller mattress that we no longer needed that was ordered with our king mattress and adjusted the finance with no trouble, we will definitely use you again and recommend to friends and family, it's nice to have a big company that actually has proper customer service and it doesn't go unnoticed, so thank you for that.

   I was kept updated with what time the guys would likely arrive. The caller was courteous and professional. The team arrived within minutes of when they said they would arrive. When they arrived, all three of them gave a friendly welcome and they all seemed approachable. The room where the bed was going to was confirmed and a route to that room was planned. It seemed a professional was to do the job, not just “let’s try and see if it’ll fit”. The team worked hard to lift and move the very heavy mattress, keeping their cool all the way through the manoeuvre. Once all the pieces had been brought into my home, the team confirmed that I was happy with the products and kindly asked me to sign. The team used shoe covers throughout their time in my home to protect my carpets and took great care of my walls, doorways and other furniture. A top quality delivery that are a credit to your company.
