Ordered timber battens for an under roof job, came completely soaked with readings of 50+ on the moisture meter, lowest reading I got was 26. They're treated but not meant to be stored outside totally uncovered. Not really acceptable as they're fully covered in black mould, these have been damp a very long time. Will not be using again.
This afternoon, about 3:30 I was followed by one of their Lorrie’s who was returning from Alsager area.on the back road towards Crewe Hall. The driver was so close behind I couldn’t get his number plate. It was both dangerous and stupid If this is the courtesy they show other road users I really feel for their customers
Went in the store first thing to order a bulk bag of sand. Told them I needed same day delivery as I had a team arriving for a job at 6.30am the next day. They said it wouldn't be a problem and they would get it to us that afternoon. Didn't turn up. Really lousy service. I now have to pay the team with no materials to work with. Friendly and helpful in store though and the materials seem good quality.
Do not use this company the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They made 3 supplier errors but would not take responsibility gave us wall tiles when we ordered floor tiles, Sent us the wrong bath and shower screen and then told us this was our wrong doing when we did not order the stock. We were very understanding that mistakes happen so we spoke directly to the manager Karl but were met with no apology and he was very rude slightly aggressive and told us we would need to pay for all the new stock. Never been so let down by a company so much in my life. This new bathroom was a present from grandparents and it has been a nightmare and has really taken the shine off everything.

Purchased over 3500 ''Charcoal Block Pavings' and around 300 of them are discoloured and different shape of edges than other blocks. contacted and reported to MKM management. But they did not take any responsibility. Poor services and not recommended.
First time ordering from mkm and I found there service very professional and we're polite. Even the delivery driver was polite also. Just wish you could see the products and prices without having to wait for a response from an enquiry.
A big thank you to SHAUN at MKM who helped us choose products for our new en suite. He was extremely efficient and professional and went out of the way to make sure the toilet/sink were correct for our dimensions. We have no hesitation in recommending the team at MKM as our local Builders Merchants.
