We went into dreams Crewe today to buy a mattress. From the very beginning Dan was attentive to our needs. He ran through the mattress testing procedure and was asking us questions throughout. He offered excellent advice. This has been the best customer service ever received from Dreams.
Very pleased with our greeting from Byron who asked how he could help and then showed us a matching bed which showed what mattress we needed. He then took us to try different mattresses that matched our requirements. He was very knowledgeable and polite and offered us coffee.Overall a good experience in buying a new bed.
Byron was most helpful in helping us to choose a new mattress. Spent quite a while explaining the pros and cons of various mattresses that fitted the profile of our initial sleepmatch test. We valued his advice and assistance in reaching a decision. Nice cup of tea by the way
A very pleasant and informative lady called Jackie spent time explaining the different mattresses in the Tempur range, so that I was well informed. She arranged for a sleep test to confirm what density was right for me and offered a drink while I made up my mind. The whole experience was smooth and uncomplicated.

Had not visited before. Loved the sleep machine that assesses your individual sleep needs and recommends which mattress you need. I have osteoarthritis so important I get the right support. Staff really helped me to do this. Really happy and can’t wait for my new bed to arrive
