   Just come out of the Crewe store where I was buying a lot of kitchen items, including knives. Gwynedd camd straight to me and helped me with every item including having the knives fetched over. She was absolutely lovely, smiling, engaging, soooo respectful and took me through every step of the way. Thank you Gwyneth, you are a credit to your profession. ❤️

   Was actually trying to find my way to TK Maxx but ended up at Dunelm. Suddenly 'remembered' all those things I probably needed and had a very contented time looking at just about everything (and was then delighted to find they've now got some self checkouts). To top it off, I went back in for a very relaxing coffee and snack. Never did make it to TK Maxx, so I'll have to go back...

   Love this Dunelm as it has a great little coffee shop looking down onto the shop floor so you can shop from the top hehehehehe. They do an amazing cream tea with real clotted cream for just under £4.... amazing... I returned the towels I bought 3 months prior and they were great very helpful and swapped them out.

   Good sized free car park right outside of the store and a short walk either to Tesco or the town centre where you will find banks and the usual types of shops. Next door to another discount store. Dunelm was very well stocked and staffed on a Sunday visit with every inch crammed with goods. Over two floors with a cafe and toilets it’s disabled friendly. Cafe was good clean value for money. A lift helps to the first floor. Cafe has a brunch and lunch menu. Very helpful in the rug section and lots of selection

   I like this shop for the variety of household goods it supplies. The cafe looks a little small but with a kids eat free offer at certain times of the week it is well worth a visit.

   I arrived to pick up a toaster. In the interim time order had been cancelled. The young lady was very polite and informed me that a refund would happen.. I went to look at the toasters in store. The exact one I ordered was on the shelf. The young man was very polite too but said I couldn't have that one!! I could have choose a very similar one but would have been £90 out of pocket until my refund was processed...on this occasion I would give 2 stars for the polite assistants. 0 for Dunelm's online service.

   As a personal preference I don't like Dunelm the shop we where in was untidy everything crammed in. No one about to ask for things you couldn't find. I find it expensive too. Don't get me wrong the staff we did see where on the checkouts where smiley polite and helpful. Just not a good shopping experience for me

   I personally love this place...only downfall is aisle are narrow but they are full of products. Something to fill any house in your home, good value for money. Clean, staff have been helpful, if items not on shelves, they will try to order. Added extra a nice little cafe.
