Staff standing around giving out baskets or generally doing very little while there is a queue at the checkouts a mile long. Management has no awareness of customer service!!

Friendly staff. Prices on some products cheaper than than supermarket prices. Perfume on offer at not bad prices if you can afford to buy them. Unlike me. But they have a good selection of branded prices.

Called in yesterday for antihistamine tablets , was greeted by a lovely lady at the door, also served by a very nice and polite lady , they are a credit to your store, having worked in retail myself I would like you to pass on my comments.
Great discount Health & Beauty store on the edge of the town centre opposite the large Commons carpark. Staff & prices are great so you get all your need at low prices + service with a smile. A great addition to Sandbach's shopping offering.
