βReally friendly staff!! Created the most perfect baby shower balloon I could have wished for. Definitely recommend :)β
βOrdered a new mattress for the Sensory Room in our Day Centre for Adults with Learning disabilities. Customer Services was excellent so a big thank you to Lauren and Kathryn for all their help with measurements etc. They were both very professional and responded to any queries I had straight away. The mattress is very well made and of really good quality. I will definitely be ordering items from them again. Their prices are very competitive too.β
βGreat People. Great Parts for my John Deere!β
βWhen I have been visiting the staff have been welcoming and respectful, the prices have been reasonable. They have lovely shop displays in the window.β
βAbout to have a shoulder replacement and needing some button up sleeve tops visited here. The lady was very helpful and allowed my husband to accompany me in the changing room to try things on - a long and labourious session. The 2 tops I bought were a godsend in the following weeks after surgeryβ
βUsed this shop to return a parcel. Very quick and efficient friendly service.β
βFull disclosure, my mother was close friends with the staff and worked there at one point, so I'm probably biased. It's our local cornershop. It has plenty of alcohol, snacks including cheaper or traditional sweets, vaping stuff. It has local milk, bread, loo roll, soft drinks. Prices aren't ridiculous. In summer it has a slushie machine (although the owner is stingy and turns it off some days in late summer to save pennies, outrage! (Tongue firmly in cheek)) Staff are helpful and willing to chat about anything if it isn't too busy, and it's good conversation. Disability info: No disabled access but staff willing to assist in reasonable ways. You can park on the curb right next to the shop to reduce distance, but you'll have to climb a step and walk around the shop. Thankfully my disabilities allow me to do that still. It's an old shop so it's understandable. If you need full disabled access, the village store is mildly better for wheelchairs, or go to Alsager for ASDA.β
βSince I've moved into the area, all the team at this pharmacy have made every effort to make every experience I've had easy, friendly and accurate.β
βAlways have gone above and beyond to help me out. Caring and friendly staff. Recommended without hesitation.β
βAbsolutely smashed the customer service today. Both lads are a great asset to Costa! I work in retail and customer facing roles and it's so refreshing to have perfect service .β

βI went the 7th of August with several thoughts regarding my issue a bit personal the pharmacist has been very professional supportive she didn't let me feel judged and explain everything with great passion. People like her should be an example to their colleagues that non even look you in the eyes.β
βGreat little shop and very convenient hrs and selection for local residentsβ

βCracking Coop this and local for us as it's on the main road (A534) back into Sandbach where we live. Also cracking for the M6 as an alternative to the M6 Sandbach Services (North & South) as on the same site there's a Greggs and a Costa Express machine in-store too. The "Billy Bonus" is on a Sunday (as when I 'popped-in' today) it has extended opening hours. Mine was a "distress purchase" as I needed batteries for my TV controllers !!! Well-stocked, well run and pleasant staff which is what we've come to expect and get from this and our other 2 local Coops in Sandbach.β
βVery frend staff. Only problem is service could be quicker.β
βThe best boutique Iβve been to in Cheshire. Firstly, the variety of clothes and accessories is brilliant. I really struggle to find clothes that I like and often find clothes shopping a very stressful experience but after being in this gorgeous shop for only 5 minutes I already had a handful of options to try on. I ended up purchasing a few jumpers, a hat and a gorgeous very unique bag. The prices are excellent for the quality of the clothes and the lady who owns the store was so friendly, welcoming and really helped me. I could tell she genuinely had a passion for clothes and her business and it shone through. I will definitely be back!β
βBeen the shop this evening. Was served by a lovely lady. Nothing but politeness and attentive. The shop looks so much since new management have come into action.β
βVery helpful. Nice team and lady that answers the phone also extremely nice. We are very grateful to them as I am a carer. The delivery lady couldn't be more professional she is great too.β
