    If you go into the shop the customer service is phenomenal, unfortunately that doesn't transfer over to facebook messenger or telephone calls. Improvements need to be made here along with the gift voucher process.

    Terrible customer service - tried emailing and calling about an online order made over a week ago, but no answer or response or acknowledgement (tried via phone, website email and facebook). Then I received an email saying I'd cancelled my order (I did not) - poor communication and really disappointed as I ordered a gift for someone and the poor communication is really appalling. Will not order from here again.

    The best boutique I’ve been to in Cheshire. Firstly, the variety of clothes and accessories is brilliant. I really struggle to find clothes that I like and often find clothes shopping a very stressful experience but after being in this gorgeous shop for only 5 minutes I already had a handful of options to try on. I ended up purchasing a few jumpers, a hat and a gorgeous very unique bag. The prices are excellent for the quality of the clothes and the lady who owns the store was so friendly, welcoming and really helped me. I could tell she genuinely had a passion for clothes and her business and it shone through. I will definitely be back!

    Appalling service. I ordered some lovely clothes online which took 12 days to reach me. I emailed twice but had no response either time. The clothes arrived - they looked as if they had been thrown into the poly bag without a care. They were completely creased. What a disappointment! I'd buy elsewhere. It seems like I'm not the only disappointed customer.

    I bought my wife a coat but unfortunately it was the wrong size. On returning 3 days later I asked for the next up but unfortunately it was the biggest size they had.. So I asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and offered a credit note. And her attitude towards my daughter be cause she dare question the decision. Very disappointed

    Very Poor customer Service I have had no response to any of my chasing emails, instagram messages and facebook message, no one is answering the shop phone. I placed an order for a bag on 22/08/21 and payment was taken on 23/08/21. The goods were in stock when ordered, they were NOT on preorder, delivery was stated as 7-10 days. I ordered this bag as a result of a recommendation from a girl I follow on instagram who I believe shops at the branch on a regular basis, I am sure that she would not be recommending if she knew that you were not going to fulfil customer orders. I want this resolving and I would expect that a small independent shop would treat their customers much better than I have been treated, I would not recommend purchasing from this shop. Response to the Business Owners comments on my review :- I wrote an honest review regarding my experience of shopping online with Handbags and Gladrags and feel so sorry that you need to make a personal attack on me as a result, you do not know me so what gives you the right to say " I am an awful person" ??. My review stated facts it wasn't an attack on you so your response speaks volumes about you, im sure people will make their own mind up.... Thanks

    The worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered, placed an order on the 1st September for a bag that was on pre order that was due in stock on the 8th September after waiting until the 15th September as I had not received any communication from them even just to say if the item was delayed I sent 2 emails and tried to call the shop about 20 times! Which was unsucessful as I did not receive a responce to any of my emails and no one in the shop picked up the phone. Im just thankful that I had paid via paypal so contacted them and they opened a case for payment of goods that I had not received. Handbags and gladrags did not even respond to the case on paypal. The customer service is shocking and beyond poor. I did receive my money back through paypal, but I dread to think if I had paid with just a debit card.
