   Rang up to ask if pharmacist could see me as I had a swollen sore mouth the lady who answered the phone said yes pop down I came out of work and the pharmacist was the lady who spoke to me when I arrived I told her I had rung up to see if I could been seen and explained that I had a swollen sore mouth and throat and it had been like that for about a week and I was struggling to eat and drink I was told by the pharmacist that there was no point her looking at me as there was nothing they could do and that she suggested I visit dentist or doctor or emergency walk in at hospital I said that I thought that pharmacist were the first port of call as it stated on the well website she insisted she wasn't seeing as there was No point I ended up going to Asda pharmacy in Crewe where the pharmacist was more than happy to see me and gave me a consultation she told me I was boardering on a throat infection and that at this point they wouldn't give antibiotics but offered me a spray and said that if it hadn't cleared in a couple of days to go back and they would give me antibiotics She also said she couldn't understand why the pharmacist at Well wouldn't see me as that was the idea of pharmacy first The spray that the pharmacist at asda has given me is working so fingers crossed no antibiotics will be needed My question is how can the pharmacist say there's nothing they can do without even looking ?? And asda pharmacy proved they could Absolutely appalling service from a company that are spose to care will never use again and definitely won't recommend I want to give no stars but it won't let me they don't deserve 1 star Liz

   I rang this pharmacy to ask about my Covid jab as I booked it online and had no confirmation. The lady said on the phone I have got no time to deal with you and put the phone down.

   Happy pharmacy day to the staff in Sandbach. They are doing an amazing job under very difficult conditions. We should all be grateful that these key workers are continuing with their jobs to provide a much needed service.

   Sat and watched as they closed the doors early and saw at least a dozen oaps and numerous other folk turned away yet a select few were let in delt with and then sent on their merry way I can only assume these are the methadone users . Disgusting how the lowlifes are seen to and the frail oaps are turned away .The staff ought to be ashamed.

   Very poor layout with little thought for accessibility for disabled customers which seems silly seeing as it’s a pharmacy! So many displays with bits hanging off, irregular pathways, barriers and additional display stands make it hard to navigate. Staff are always friendly but there’s a sense of disorganisation. There have also been law violations with the reduction of first stage baby formula.

   This pharmacy is right next to the main bus stop in the town centre. Car parking right across. Access is good. Staff are very helpful and know there stuff if you need advice. Good service. Plenty of things to buy at reasonable prices.
