“I use for boarding for my (rescue) pet crow. The bird room is kept impeccably clean and all the cages are spotless and cleaned for each user. Steve can manage specific dietary requirements (a crow is a lot different to a parrot!). Have no worries using again (already had two visits this year). Many thanks.”

“Found this hidden gem today whilst looking for a long lead for our dogs. Our trainer suggested a horse lunge line and on searching online for a local supplier this store came up. A quick phone call to check they stocked what I was looking for this morning and a visit this afternoon to purchase them. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assistant dealt with our enquiry. The items we required were very reasonably priced too. A vast array of stock mainly for horses but quite a bit of dog equipment too including harnesses, collars etc. Highly recommended”

We got the high end of our estimate and we couldn’t have been happier. “We booked here due to easy access to the motorway we just wanted a place to stay and did not expect much. We were delighted with the room, it was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and had an iron/board delivered to our room while we ate in the restaurant (fab food). They couldn’t do more to help and we had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend staying here and am only sorry we didn’t get to look around the local area as we were on route elsewhere. It was so much better than just a place to stay and would make a lovely stop over for those with more time, so much better than Travel Inn/ Premier Inn, Ramada etc”

“We had a really lovely birthday party here today for my 2 year old daughter. Alex and her mum couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, and all round brilliant hosts. The children all loved the alpacas and really enjoyed feeding them. The farm is ideal for children, and the little cabin where we had our party lunch was cute and cosy! The children’s food was great quality and very generous. There was also hot drinks for the adults included. We absolutely loved our day and didn’t want to leave! A fun, interesting and outdoorsy children’s party with a difference - would totally recommend! We’ll be back to see you soon, thanks so much for everything, our little girl loved her birthday with you :)”
