We had to put our dog to sleep, we had an appointment later in the afternoon but he took a dramatic turn for the worse so we phoned and asked if we could come earlier and they didn't hesitate in trying to help. They made us feel comfortable. I can not put in words how good the staff are here.”

“Food is unbelievable it was really quiet went a pub for food had no tables the Crewe’s arms for a first time coming had plenty room and the nicest pub food I’ve eaten atmosphere was Dull but we had fun ourselves with pool and a check board and darts just 10/10 loved it thanks again Skye was excellent customer service too!!!!!”

“Fabulous family weekend spent in the converted pub. Our second visit. Its been revamped since we last stayed. Downstairs was great, Really well stocked kitchen. Comfy lounge, great bar area. Fantastic family area. Bedrooms, lack a little luxury. No full length mirror. No hooks for towels anywhere. Bathrooms tiny and unpleasant drain smell due to saniflow I suspect. However perfectly usable and great power shower if not compact in size! Loads of cobwebs and spiders in our room so the corners and windows in room and bathroom had definitely been missed. Bed super comfy and bedlinen lovely. There was only one side table by the bed even though room for two and our TV wouldn't work. We spent limited time in the room so it didn't matter. We would 100% return again.”

“Can’t rate Charli’s Pet Angels enough. I’ve used her services for the past 8 years and she has a great love for all the animals she takes care of. My three pooches love her and get so excited when seeing her so I know they are in good hands with her. I would thoroughly recommend her services for anyone looking for a pet visit or dog walk. She also give's you updates and pictures after her visit so you can be reassured your pets have had a good time.”

“We recently had to take our cat (Harry) into Crewe Vets for Pets as an emergency, from ringing to ask for an appt (which we were able to get within 20 mins of ringing) to seeing the vet we had an amazing experience. The staff at this practice are exemplary in their care for the animals (and animal parents !) Harry was looked after with so much care and love, and thankfully has made a full recovery. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel (principle vet) from administering the right treatment to make Harry well again, to advice and reassurance for us while we had to leave Harry with them, he couldn't do enough for us. The team at this practice are amazing and we are so glad that Harry is in safe hands when he has to visit.”

“Fantastic service. Cath did an amazing job of my Labrador puppy’s first groom. She had a great time and came home smelling lovely and looking amazing after her blow dry. The comfort she received from Jarvis the cockerpoo was a fantastic touch.”

“It’s a tired roadside Travelodge, however it was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs updating, but I’ve rarely stayed in a somewhere as immaculately clean”

“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”

“Wonderful caring vet practice. The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”
