   The staff here are so nice. We had to put our dog to sleep, we had an appointment later in the afternoon but he took a dramatic turn for the worse so we phoned and asked if we could come earlier and they didn't hesitate in trying to help. They made us feel comfortable. I can not put in words how good the staff are here.

   I was extremely worried about my cat, called the vets and they got me an appointment within the hour. Once at the vets I was seen more or less straight away by a lovely young vet. She was calming, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like she actually cared. I was worried about the cost but the team were very understanding but in a tactful way. Thank you so much to the amazing vet lady and the lady’s on the desk. You have given me faith in vets again, and I feel with you guys the priority is the animal and not the money. Floyd says thank you too

   Dolly no has been going here every month since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 21 months. When she sees her nurse, she escapes me and actually runs to her. Lovely nurse's and a very relaxing atmosphere. ❤️

   For me it was the first time I'd been with my dog Sid. The staff were nice and friendly. Not too crowded so there was plenty of room to move around. The vet we saw was very good. So no complaints what so ever from me. At this time we didn't need to wear masks. So it's personal choice there. It's on the ground floor so no steps and the doors look wide enough to handle wheelchair users. So that's a plus.
