“I recently had an emergency tooth extraction at Crewe Dental Care. I’d never heard of them before but my daughter found them on Google at 06:00 on Saturday as my tooth, which was due to be extracted today (Monday) at my usual NHS dentist, had suddenly gone very painful and dark in colour. I was extremely nervous but needn’t have been! Everyone from the receptionist to the dental nurse and dentist was just lovely and made me feel calm and reassured. Took them about 10 minutes to do the job and they were very reasonably priced. They saved me a weekend of unnecessary agony and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much Crewe Dental Care!”

I have to say I’ve never felt more relaxed and been offered a drink of water or coffee a very personal experience and Courtney was great friendly and very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do next and why. Her colleagues were very friendly and chatted while she was attending other customers before my appointment. I didn’t need my glasses changing but Courtney just showed me frames because I’d mentioned I might need to change my frames for deeper frames because of my recent skin condition.”

The lady who removed my implant was possibly the kindest nurse I have ever met, so calm, talked to me to distract me, explained what she was going to do and I didn’t feel a thing. I didn’t feel judged, I felt safe. As someone with OCD, I find medical things cause me to feel extremely anxious, but this was the first time I went into a hospital setting and didn’t have a panic attack. Thank you!!!”
