Terrible service by customer service desk. Return an Amazon parcel and several times the staff can never get the device to scan to work. They have very little patience and banging the device in the count won’t make it work.
Aldi is consistently cheaper week in week out so forget Asda roll back as some items not on roll back are increased, one item I noticed was nearly doubled in price, staff are rude, avoid.
My review is for George at Asda Crewe and not the main supermarket store. I only go to George a handful of times a year. It’s well laid out and always appears to be clean and tidy. The fact that you can still try clothes on is great as other supermarkets have stopped this. However, the past few times I’ve gone to the store I’ve encountered a lady called Vicky. Vicky is rude, has no customer service skills and seems like she really doesn’t want to be there. You can usually hear her shouting something to other members of staff across the store and even though I was forced to step aside for her to pass there was thank you.
Certain staff are rude and miserable. I have stopped using this store now because every cashier over a certain age is cantankerous and miserable, one even walked away when I questioned a damaged item in my trolley. Will never set foot in this hell hole again.
Alright store but my review is to point out it needs more appreciation for the workers. Was having a horrendous day and then on Victoria centre road a car flew at me as I was walking up to the shop and completely nearly ended me until… one of the mesmerising staff with bleached blonde hair ran to my rescue and managed to pull me out of the darkness and into the light, he then proceeded to tell me his dog just died and he had to come into work anyway, I hope you know if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of been able to my very much needed weakly shop and I wouldn’t be writing this review right this minute, please have some mercy for this courageous soul.
This morning, 9:30. One checkout open, despite queue, but at least 6 members of staff, order picking for deliveries. Just shows where their priorities lie.
I love this store. So spacious and easy to find all the items I need. Staff are always friendly and happy to help when needed.
Customer service is none existent in this store If you would prefer a pleasant experience as a customer then travel a little further to Asda Wolstanton or Winsford, where the people and staff are actually friendly, helpful and plenty on the shelves At Crewe Asda some of their staff are liars and do not respect their customers in the slightest Gone are the days when retail had a motto …. “The customer is always right”
Just to say the lady's at George are so helpful, and very pleasant, nothing was to much trouble. Hope you pass this on to them, especially the lady tidying up the sale section. Thank you.
Worst shopping experience in Cheshire. You have to pay to shop here too. Click and collect is a joke. I drove around for ages trying to find the click and collect bay, but you have to go in, know that you need to press a call for help button on the parcel drop off machine and then walk your shopping out to the car. Don't shop here
