Well stocked. Mainly self serve till unfortunately free parking outside with a small open air car park which gets very full at peak time and a multi storey car park
I went into to winsford Cheshire Asda today at 7.30pm to buy some goods. Asda has completely lost touch with its customers. Every time I go in, there are no staffed tills open — just rows of self-service checkouts. I do not believe in being forced to do the job of a cashier while still paying the same prices. Self-checkouts are frustrating, unreliable, and exclude people who don’t want to use them. Shopping shouldn’t feel like a chore or a battle with a machine. I want proper service from a real person, not to be treated like free labour. Until Asda respects customer choice and opens proper tills again, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere
Waste of time ordering on Uber Eats. Certain items are ordered to compliment one another...so if one, two or - in the case of my latest order - three items are unavailable, it makes some available items obsolete. Not informed or offered an alternative - just told not in stock and refunded...but left with other, unwanted items. Speedy delivery - yes - but consistently unreliable when ordering via Uber. Lesson learned. Try in person if you can...
Zero if possible but unfortunately Google asks you to be somewhat easy on stars. Refused to open the disability accessible till for a disabled person and made them use a self scan When reported tried to act innocent and then copped an attitude Car park constantly goes off. Was resolved for a while with the council but Asda can’t do their part and turn it off or have staff in who can. Hours it can go off for if they aren’t rang and advised to stop breach of quiet enjoyment More often than not veg that is out is covered in mold As previous posts state the shelves are left with empty boxes and empty boxes on the floor Never known such incompetence The self serve are normally too busy talking to assist bar one lovely lady!! The self scanners you carry are faulty and when something didn’t apparently scan twice though I got a double beep I was accused of trying to steal a 25p can of beans on a couple hundred pound shop Bad customer service Bad shop So disappointing But good luck speaking to a manager
It is becoming more and more unenjoyably to shop in this store. Over the last couple of weeks around 7pm, I have been forced to use self service checkouts as there is nobody available on checkout. I would rather pay more and deal with someone on till than scan my own goods. If it happens again, I will be leaving my trolley of goods to be re-stacked, and I will start shopping elsewhere.

Store absolutely fine, toilets a disgrace the smell is horrible knocks you out. Winsford branch...
No smaller trolleys again people are queuing at the shelter most are older or disabled. Last week I was emptying a trolley to give it to a pensioner and another lady put her bag in it and tried to walk off the big ones are too heavy for many .I hope someone from as Winsford will read this and take action
Had a few issues with this store but today I went in and saw some shampoo and conditioner on offer at £2.60, when I got to the till it came up at £4.75..I questioned the person on the self checkouts at the time and she said it was not that product that was on offer and that it was put there incorrectly, the shelf was quite full of it too and the ticket description matched the product exactly except the assistant said it was the wrong barcode...to me as a customer the number on the barcode does not mean anything! If the ticket and the description of the product matches then I think I should of got it at that price?! If the ticket stated something different then fair enough but the description was accurate for that product! It's a terrible store for customer service they just like to be right and the customer wrong!! (Thursday 30th July at 11.30am self checkouts winsford cheshire store)
From all places with poor service in Winsford this is definitely the worst . Staff arrogant and confrontational . Prescriptions never ready on time , they ask you to wait 20 minutes only to come back and tel you to come back in half an hour . Completely disorganised . Avoid
