   Ordered from here twice for grocery delivery. First time they cancelled the order just as the store closed (order was placed 2 hours before the store closed) informing the delivery drivers they did not have an order. Thought I’d try again a few weeks later and received half my order. No one answers the phone nor can clearly do their job. Had to go in store to speak with the ‘manager’ who was no help whatsoever. Would not recommend ordering from here. Rather embarrassing.

   Asda Stoke Scotia Road offers a surprisingly spacious car park for the size of the store, making parking a breeze. Inside, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to interact with them. The store itself is well-organized and easy to navigate. However, there is one significant drawback: a rather large and jarring pothole as you exit the car park. It's quite noticeable and definitely something to be aware of to avoid any potential damage to your vehicle. Overall, Asda Stoke Scotia Road is a convenient supermarket with friendly staff and ample parking. Just be cautious of that pothole on your way out!

   Nice lady was scanning my products. I has a loose red and orange sweet pepper. She asked her colleague for a code, I was indirectly accused of opening up a packet for the orange pepper. I told the lady to go check on the shelf if she didn't believe me. She said it was ok. I paid and was walking out as she went to check. I overheard her telling the rude colleague that there were lots of loose orange and red peppers on the shelf. This may seem trivial, but practically accusing me in front of a shop was embarrassing, rude and not good customer service. Sorry, I'll take my custom elsewhere.
