“Wow, this is like a finely oiled machine the way all of the staff work together. Usually, this is day case and minor surgery held here. I went for eye surgery, you wait for your allocated nurse to collect you and then you go into a lovely environment where you are seen by your consultant just to explain your procedure. You are taken into an anaestheitc room where drops are popped into your eye. You lay down in a trolley and go into the theatre. Using a microscope my procedure was done quickly. The staff are lovely and everything is fully explained. I had a coffee and waited to be discharged home with some eye drops. It's amazing. I feel so lucky to have had my surgery done at The Treatment Centre. Based at Leighton Hospital. It's very relaxed but super efficient. 10/10 stars.”

I have also taken a 91-year-old gentleman I care for to his clinic during this time. The results have been significant and noticeable. I feel incredibly blessed to have found him. This old gentleman had a stroke some time ago, and Dr Zhang’s help enabled a much faster recovery for him. “The members of staff working in the North Street, Crewe, branch are amazing. Not one of the staff are abrupt or rude. They have always made me feel good and kept me calm when there have been any issues. Which I may add have never been down to them. Usually issues occur from the surgery I use that causes the staff at this chemist problems which they always manage to resolve. They are brilliant and don’t always get the appreciation they deserve. “Me and my friend tried out the Sauna Suite. Never been in one before so a big surprise. We went in the jacuzzi first, that was an experience! Then we tried the sauna room, hot. We weren't in long so we tried the steam room next. Now that was hot!! We soon came out. We went for our cold shower and then tried again. Sauna was good, steam room was too much for us so we got in the jacuzzi for another session. After dressing we had a light lunch in the lovely cafe which was just right. A nice friendly lot of staff too in the building.”

However, I have to say it is the staff that makes this place, always there with a smile and happy to have a chat, credit to the business.”

After a very stressful experience there I went to Goostrey and was treated with courtesy and served quickly. However the pharmacist did take time to register my details which meant that when I absentmindedly left one of my packages on the counter he was able to ring me - which he did. Very very impressed!”
