I Attended Pilates reformer class great instructor 1 hour flew. A very well equipped studio provides expertly run exercise rehabilitation and physiotherapy, Perfect for all abilities.
I have been receiving physiotherapy and sports massage treatment for the past two months and they have worked wonders on transforming my back injury. The team are extremely knowledgeable, highly experienced and professional. Their approach i feel is unique and I have never received such an approach to physiotherapy and before the radcliffe group I would have dismissed the effectiveness of physiotherapy due to previous experiences. They understand each clients needs, they are supportive, create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and offer a bespoke service. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!!!
I originally found The Radcliffe Group after searching for Reformer Pilates classes nearby. All the team are extremely skilled in what they do and very welcoming! They offer free trials for classes so you can give it a go. They are also very flexible with memberships and can cater to what works best for you. Would 100% recommend!
Such an amazing place to work out! Super welcoming and helpful staff who provide top tier health and fitness knowledge whilst providing the best quietly training that is tailored to suit all abilities! My personal favourite is their reformer pilates class which I've attended for a couple of months now and have noticed has I really helped my physical and mental well-being. I would 100% recommend if you wanting a super clean welcoming and comfortable workout space whether your an athlete or a beginner.
Member at Radcliffe for over a year now & I love it! Started with Reformer Pilates & now doing regular Wattbike, Kettlecise, Strength & Conditioning & Circuits classes. People are lovely, gym is fab & I’m stones lighter & so much stronger!! Physio services (inc via health insurance) & full recovery & transformation support & advice is fab too Highly recommend!
