“Cannot recommend true physio enough. I went on Thursday the 18th due to severe back pain & stiffness in my neck and Steven gave a 30 minute sports massage and afterwards i automatically had more movement & decreased pain. The receptionists are very polite & helpful and the reception area & physio rooms are very clean and sterile. Everybody made me feel very relaxed & welcomed. I will be booking more appointments in the future.”

“My mum, Susan, started a physio programme with Lorna last July 2022. We had been struggling to find help and specialist attention in our area (Cumbria). My mum suffered a brain haemorrhage and a stroke in January 2022 and had severe balance issues, vertigo and right side weakness. Lorna was brilliant from day one and we have progressed with our programme via Zoom and virtual sessions and videos. Mum is now on a 4 month Pilates rehab programme, referred to us by Lorna, which will lead to my mum going back to her gym classes in late summer. This is something we thought would never be possible, my mum is 73 years of age and proof that with the right help anything can be achieved!
