   Had a number of sessions here with Jason for a lower back injury (and subsequent neck/shoulder issue) and he was excellent. Incredibly knowledgable and used a range of strengthening exercises, stretches and massage to get me back up and running. Between each session he’d send an exercise plan I could use at home to continue the treatment. Can’t recommend them enough.

   Cannot recommend true physio enough. I went on Thursday the 18th due to severe back pain & stiffness in my neck and Steven gave a 30 minute sports massage and afterwards i automatically had more movement & decreased pain. The receptionists are very polite & helpful and the reception area & physio rooms are very clean and sterile. Everybody made me feel very relaxed & welcomed. I will be booking more appointments in the future.

   I can’t recommend True Physio Crewe highly enough! After my second back surgery, I was struggling to get moving again, but the team here have been absolutely brilliant. Ben has been amazing throughout the whole process. He really listened, understood my concerns, and created a personalised exercise plan that’s made a huge difference to my recovery. The staff are all friendly, supportive, and professional, and I always feel genuinely cared for when I’m there. Thank you for helping me get back on track. I wouldn’t be where I am without your support!

   Tris consulted with me remotely, after pulling my calf training for a marathon. He gave me exercises and recommended heat therapy and the pain started to subside much quicker than I had expected. The care with which the whole process was guided made me feel much better, after feeling quite anxious about the injury. I learnt a lot through the whole experience and was so happy with the kindness and professionalism at CTC healthcare. Hopefully won't need to, but probably will be back!!

   I can't recommend the team here enough. They are all very friendly and professional. Following a whiplash injury I have received the best care, with the physiotherapist Mamta being very very good and also very careful and knowledgeable with my pre existing condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

   I have visited CTC for two conditions. After a knee replacement they helped me recover, and more recently are helping me to resolve ongoing back and hip pain by increasing flexibility and strength. All the staff are helpful and friendly and the physios are knowledgeable, kind and understanding (special shout out to Ben!)

   I consulted Rick Carter in March 2022 after damaging my Achilles tendon. After an initial consultation in Nantwich, I went to their Crewe clinic as Rick wanted to give my damaged tendon shockwave therapy and the equipment for that was not at the Nantwich clinic. The treatment worked well and my tendon is now virtually as good as new. Rick and his staff staff were very caring and I would go there again if I ever needed similar treatment.

   I cannot rate the help and service I got from CTC Healthcare highly enough. Every member of staff who looked after me during my recovery from a very painful ankle problem were very friendly and professional. The initial consultation was extremely thorough and the ensuing treatment programme was intense. Each session started with a review of my progress and the programme was adapted to each stage of the recovery. I didn’t feel like the focus was simply on my Achilles’ tendon but on my whole leg. Recovery has been a great success. I would whole heartedly recommend CTC
