“I visited Matt for a knee injury that had been plaguing me for over a year that was gradually getting worse with continued strength training and sports. Matt was quick to diagnose the issue as quad tendinopathy and gave me a tailored rehabilitation programme to strengthen the tendon and reduce the pain. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and great at answering any questions and going into detail on the rehabilitation process.
