Paul at Physio Plus was recommended to me. I have seen Paul on 4 occasions with a shoulder injury. I have been impressed with the treatment including acupuncture, the clear communication about the injury, the treatment and suggested exercises in between each consultation. I gave a Paul a target to be back on the golf course by the end of March having first seen him in January and I have achieved that. Excellent communication to assess exact point of pain and difficulty it was causing day to day and affecting sleep. A combination of acupuncture and massage has had an amazing affect within two sessions enabling me to enjoy wider scope of activities already and a good night sleep!
