Parking is terrible. Profeetitng is in full swing on car parks. Car parks are not fit for purpose and are people are getting fined due to this. Everyone involved from NHS, dudley council, mitie, group nexus. They are all taking their slice of the cake. Very, very poor.

My wife was admitted by ambulance on Thursday and throughout her experience with staff and the service she has received has been excellent, amu staff really had a collective approach to her well being and care. The communication with ourselves whilst investigating her symptoms was also very good.

I know that parking is limited at busy times and it's chargeable. But it is secure and well laid out and the staff here have never let me down in any way they had control over. From the paramedics and staff in A&E to the ward staff, paediatric staff, maternity staff, blood test staff and consultant teams. I am always greeted with respect and patience. I have to report that I was once spoken to disrespectfully by a consultant, but I have had every courtesy since including apologies and never having to see that person again and in fairness I do understand that they are all human beings and we can all have bad days. I can only imagine the hardships they have to go through on a regular basis and I am more than grateful for the work they all do and the comfortable atmosphere that create to help us all feel better. Yes, sometimes demand is such that organisation suffers and you are 'messed around' and inconvenienced to a point you can get pretty frustrated... But it is definitely not through lack of trying to provide the best care possible given the existing resources.

Went to Urgent Care 16TH OF APRIL 2022 11pm due to my partner's having a persistent symptoms and he's asthmatic. We were accomodated and seated. Nearly 4 hours after 0250am today and yet we're still waiting even though there's not much left patient waiting. There's three receptionist sitting down behind their desk doing nothing. If you asked them how much longer and they answer you back rudely. Really?? Is that even a right attitude to answer a patients query. Digusted!!! EDITED: 0420am!!!!!! We were told 3 hours waiting when we arrived!!!!!!

This is a trust, where employees treated like numbers, without respect or consideration given to an individual, with lack of respect whatsoever! And God helps you if you happen to be a minority...
