   Had an mri this morning.5/12/25. so nervous of the scanner as I get clostiphobia..The radiographer was amazing (sorry forgot your name)went through everything with me before the actual scan..never rushed me at all .she put me so much at ease and it was over so quickly..such a lovely caring lady Thankyou

   Awful place. I went for a skin cancer biopsy in July this year. I had multiple photographs to show that the cancerous mole was under my left nostril, and the consultant had written instructions of where the mole was located too. The surgeon prodded the correct mole and injected my face for the biopsy. I was in pain and discomfort (I have a terrible fear of needles so I was already terrified) It wasn't until I returned home that I saw to my horror, the surgeon had removed a mole from under my left eye, NOT under my left nostril. Pictures showing the correct mole, and written instructions, completely ignored. Now I have to go for another biopsy but I'm refusing to go to the Dudley NHS group as they've shown they're incompetent. They then have the nerve to say they are going to find out how the issue was caused. I'm going to take a stab in the dark here and guess that the surgeon was not paying any attention. They even denied it had happened in the email sent to my GP.

   The staff here are friendly and polite. If you're having a blood test, they're very organised and put you at ease. Everything is accessible by wheelchair. Overall, it was very clean and tidy. They offer x-rays, physio, orthopaedics, rheumatology, lots of clinics, and treatments. I live local to it, and it's ever so handy.

   I had booked a blood test appointment for my husband two weeks in advance. He has health problems and needs to have blood tests every two weeks in order to continue his injection treatment. I arrived on time, but a lady told me she couldn’t see my appointment in the system. I tried to show it to her on my phone, but she refused to look at it. Later we realized that I had forgotten the paper listing the blood tests he needs to do. I politely asked if I could quickly go get it, as we live only 3 minutes away, and I urgently need to take my injection on Friday. Despite my calm and polite attitude – even though I have health issues myself – she kept raising her voice at me. In the end, they even called security. That lady clearly had no intention of helping me. I am truly sorry that people like this behave in such a way, especially towards individuals with serious health conditions. I’m extremely disappointed and I will file a formal complaint wherever necessary.

   Parking is an absolute joke. Multiple cars in a queue fighting for a spot and a security man taking photos of A cars parked A bit outside the lines. Is that nie you make money it something?

   I was called on my mobile for a biopsy and the wait was just 3 days, the staff were kindness personified, my surgeon modified her original plan to accommodate my request and although I was advised I would probably need pain relief I have had no discomfort whatsoever from the affected digit. A hospital department “Carlsberg”might have envisioned….

   Visited on numerous occasions for blood tests, always book online to avoid a long wait or being turned away. Staff are always helpful, on the odd occasion have been delayed but never more than 10 minutes after original appointment time. Down to shear numbers of appointments.
