Started with some one to one work with Milo, was soon in the classes, all the coaches are brilliant and bring a different style to training. So enthusiastic and supportive. They take the time to come out to fights, interclubs. Everyone's so respectful, friendly, and willing to help. Perfect environment for beginners. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Especially Elena, she’s amazing! So kind, welcoming, and always there if you need anything. “This contact centre has a safe and welcoming feeling and very friendly staff, unlike another contact centre I have used in the past. When I attended to make my referral, I was met by Ben Franklin, who offered me a drink and made me feel very welcome. Also was on hand to answer any of my questions with the referral form. He then showed me around the centre, and I was impressed and personally I would reccomend this centre to anyone. The centre forwarded my referral, but got no reply and contacted me and kept me updated throughout. Also resent my referral and did not give up on helping me. This time we had a reply and myself and the centre are now working towards my goals of initial contact again. I really appreciate the help and advice that I'm getting from the centre staff. ( Ben and Christian). They are very professional and very helpful. Highly recommend this contact centre....as they do not give up on helping you. Cannot thank you guys enough.”

“I know that parking is limited at busy times and it's chargeable. But it is secure and well laid out and the staff here have never let me down in any way they had control over. From the paramedics and staff in A&E to the ward staff, paediatric staff, maternity staff, blood test staff and consultant teams. I am always greeted with respect and patience. I have to report that I was once spoken to disrespectfully by a consultant, but I have had every courtesy since including apologies and never having to see that person again and in fairness I do understand that they are all human beings and we can all have bad days. I can only imagine the hardships they have to go through on a regular basis and I am more than grateful for the work they all do and the comfortable atmosphere that create to help us all feel better. Yes, sometimes demand is such that organisation suffers and you are 'messed around' and inconvenienced to a point you can get pretty frustrated... But it is definitely not through lack of trying to provide the best care possible given the existing resources.”

“I have had the best care through Eve Hill, they always answer their phones and they always give assistance. It’s rare to not get an appointment and the doctors are good and effective especially Dr Shukla, he is very thorough and that’s a fresh rarity given how the medical system is currently in the country. It’s sad i moved to Wednesbury and i will be moving GP as soon as i find a new one. I wish i didn’t have to be forced to do so honestly. Keep up the good work Eve Hill.”

“I don't know why people rate them low, I have being in different surgeries for the last 12 years and I have never felt more human and being treated with dignity more then I did at this surgery. I always go back to them even when I moved to an area which they don't cover. I can set here all day numbering and counting their good behaviour and good practice and their patience with customers and I will never finish. I couldn't thank them enough for their efforts to get better and they are one of the few surgeries who are transparent in their work with full access to your records and also make appointments online. Maybe you had bad experience but I believe if you give them a chance and be kind they would go the Extra mile for you. Trust me all it takes is an act of kindness and respect.”

“Words could never express the gratitude I have for The senior practitioner at links medical practice. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter helping us to get referred for adhd- while others services refused my daughter an assessment, this lady spent two whole days to help us with our right to choose. She kept me up to date every single step of the way, made me feel seen, understood and heard from a mile away, she helped me to feel empowered, and that my voice matters and I can fight for a diagnosis for my diaphyses despite being rejected else where! I’m so thankful that she’s part of our doctor’s surgery, she is an absolute credit to our practice. “I have to compliment Steppingstones Medical Practice for the vast improvement of late. I have diabetes, and when the meds didn't appear to be working, I had cause to visit the Practice. I have to thank Dr Rashid for her compassion, understanding and care. She put me in touch with the Diabetic Specialist Team promptly and arranged blood tests. She has called me to advise of results etc, this attention is greatly appreciated, and has culminated in my being diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetic, the ensuing appointments at the hospital have resulted in a complete change of medication, I'm now on Insulin, which has made me feel much better. Life changing for my health and state of mind. I appreciate that other medical staff have been involved at the hospital and the Specialist Team at Brierley Hill, but none of this would have happened if she hadn't shown the care and attention to put me in touch with these people. And the follow up phone calls have been appreciated. Cannot thank her and the teams involved enough. A big thank you too to the reception staff who have made it much easier to get appointments.”
