Jeni is a deeply compassionate therapist with a wealth of knowledge. Her work around trauma is phenomenal and with her help I've been able to process and move forward with issues that had held me back for years. Her warmth makes you feel safe and her ability to have challenging but thoughtful conversations means you can do some excellent work, while feeling a sense of encouragement, not judgement. This woman is a life saver and I cannot recommend her enough. If you've never seen a counsellor before and you're nervous, its understandable but please don't be. Just go for one session and see how you feel.
