“I walked in off the street, looking for advice. Before I knew I was sitting in the dentist’s chair, something I would normally have to work myself up to for days. I am an extremely nervous patient and even walking in the door was a huge step for me. I recently went to my dentist for a crown replacement, x-ray was taken, and was told it could be replaced, no problem, the appointment lasted about 5 minutes. The dentist at Solihull practise, took the time to look at how the crown replacement would affect the rest of my teeth and advised, yes it was possible to he bought my attention to the obvious difficulties. The tooth under the crown has pushed forward so any replacement would probably not be in line with my teeth. Obvious once it was pointed out. He took time to explain what my different options are and will follow up with a phone call. If you are a nervous, anxious patient I highly recommend you give this practice a go. I even managed to have a giggle with the staff. Five plus stars”

It was a thorough assessment and always advised how to achieve any goals to minimise any health risks. Annie was polite and had empathy but encouraged me to be honest and eradicate any worries I may have had, her knowledge was outstanding and really excelled. I also spent time with Dr Khan and he was friendly when doing checks and I asked various questions due to recovering from long Covid and all where answered fully above expectations. “Great gym, would definitely recommend for the classes. I’ve been a member for a few years and the Box N Burn classes are my fav - they’re well-run by Tori and Thomas! They bring great energy, motivation and boxing technique and form which I appreciate. The Box N Burn classes always have good vibes and a great workout with a lovely group of people. Occasionally the treadmills and screens in the Burn Studio can be slow or don’t work so could use an upgrade, but understand that’s not down to the instructors. Overall great classes and a good workout!”

“My dog Dede has been under the oncology team from January 25 to November 25, we have had weekly chemotherapy appointments and a three night stay in the hospital ward. I want to add that my dog is very well behaved and I am very particular with how she is treated - The Willows have been nothing but professional and caring towards my little girl and I could not recomend this place more and I have never been concerned about her care. A big shout out to Furgus and Bryn and the wider oncology team, but also all of the really caring nurses who have made our experience a positive one - The day my dogs nasty lymphoma reurns we will he refering back to The Willows. Might I add we travel from Leicestershire for this amazing place!”

“We visited for a 4d scan and we couldn’t rate this place enough. Our baby was lying in the wrong condition and our sonographer tried everything to get out perfect image. We spent well over the expected 30 minutes and even went away to get some food and come back again. Persistence paid off and we got the perfect image. 100% would recommended this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a private baby scan”
