It was a thorough assessment and always advised how to achieve any goals to minimise any health risks. Annie was polite and had empathy but encouraged me to be honest and eradicate any worries I may have had, her knowledge was outstanding and really excelled. I also spent time with Dr Khan and he was friendly when doing checks and I asked various questions due to recovering from long Covid and all where answered fully above expectations. The follow call was a welcome pleasure and I always recommend this service to co workers, forever grateful for the time I had here.Currently in process of changing dental plans and my first option will now be Bupa Dental.”

“It was a nice experience. Staff are very professional, from security and reception to case workers. I arrived 15 minutes earlier for appointment as suggested on website. Handed all documents at my appointment time. Fingerprint is taken in 10 minutes after that. We are told to wonder around the town centre for shops and cafes, I was called in 1 hour 5 minute after I left the premium centre. All my documents are ready for collection including my visa. I did prepare 2 piles of documents, original and photocopy all labelled. It definitely helped speed of process. I am very impressed if you have a choice book at Solihull. Town centre is also quite nice with lots of places to eat.”
