Visa and immigration centre for British visa applications here in the UK. The service is usually quick and fast. It’s relatively busy during the days but the whole process probably last an hour and a half. Be cautious not to park your car within the premises you will get fined. Theirs a John Lewis pay and display car park literally 2 minutes away from the visa and immigration centre. Overall the staff were very polite and helpful, they really helped with the process.

I use priority service in october in shefield home office & got letter 28 october granted stutus. After that asking on email or phn for brp card. They said you need to book again your biometric because of Someone electronic resson so 27 Feb I done my biometric in solihull and still waiting for brp.I m just confuse which type of priority service this .if this is priority service who use standard service please share your experance with me
Easily assessable . Couple of minutes walk from the station if you’re using public transport. Security was very polite and helpful. Been there for husband’s biometric and used premium service. Spend 30mins and got positive results in 3hrs. Thank you.
was Accompanying my wife for her first visa as a spouse, i was very impressed with the politeness of the staff. the entire process at the centre was excellent. there is a drinks machine and toilets as well as a comfortable waiting area.
It was a nice experience. Staff are very professional, from security and reception to case workers. I arrived 15 minutes earlier for appointment as suggested on website. Handed all documents at my appointment time. Fingerprint is taken in 10 minutes after that. We are told to wonder around the town centre for shops and cafes, I was called in 1 hour 5 minute after I left the premium centre. All my documents are ready for collection including my visa. I did prepare 2 piles of documents, original and photocopy all labelled. It definitely helped speed of process. I am very impressed if you have a choice book at Solihull. Town centre is also quite nice with lots of places to eat.
I been today for my wife's visa. Very good service. Friendly staff. Decision can take up to 2 - 3 hours but i think its worth going and spending extra money. Slaute to the people work there. Make tough decisions everyday. Thumbs up.
