“My daughter booked me a Botox session with Simonne without my prior knowledge. Being a tad needle phobic, I was dubious to say the least. I needn’t have been. Simonne was very professional and put my mind completely at rest. The procedure was entirely pain free and carried out in a scrupulously clean surgery in a pleasingly private setting. It’s only a couple of hours afterwards, but there is no swelling, redness, or pain. Simonne suggested it would take between five and seven days for the results to be noticeable, but it already looks better to me. I look forward to the forehead of a 21 year old in the coming days. “Absolutely no hesitation in recommending ‘Coventry Foot Clinic’. Underwent double ‘toe nail’ surgical procedure with Julia 2 months ago. Fully explained throughout including follow up appointments. All gone exactly as it should! Also see Peter every 6/7 weeks for routine foot maintenance, toe nail cutting, hard skin, corns etc! Not the nicest of subjects but for someone on their feet a lot over the years worth every penny. Excellent service, personable professionals, easy to access, extremely clean and very reasonably priced.”

“Joined around a month ago. Made to feel instantly welcomed. All instructors are very patient and huge amounts of knowledge between them. Instructions are easy to follow. Mindbogglingly strange how being taught to punch and walk at the same time can make you fall over. Instructors however have huge amounts of patience and will help correct any issues. Highly recommend for people who want some exercise without being made to feel silly and gain some coloured belts to show progression in the way.”

It can be a worrying time taking your pet to the vets but the staff are so reassuring and explain everything before any procedure goes ahead. Molly is always greeted by her name on arrival and actually pulls on her lead to go in as she knows she gets a treat. Molly has regular monthly injections for allergies and has had two very successful crutiate surgeries on her hind legs. Avonvale check her regularly and I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive”

“Our Norfolk terrier had a suspected UTI and, realising she needed emergency treatment, we took her to Wellesbourne in time for the surgery to open. No appointment could be made as the phone wasn't answered by the surgery until our ETA - although I tried to call ahead of our arrival and got the emergency practice. The receptionist explained that the phone would be switched over in 5 minutes - after our ETA. The Reception nurse understood immediately and said we’d be slotted in between the next 2 appointments. We were seen 12 minutes later, my diagnosis confirmed after a thorough investigation and reassurance that the medication would cure the problem. It started to work after the first antibiotics were administered. One happy little dog and relieved and very grateful owners. Exemplary service.”
