   Louise is absolutely fantastic and I always go to her for sports massage. She's really friendly and makes you feel comfortable and really well looked after. She knows exactly how to sort out all of your aches and knots as well as making the massage really enjoyable and relaxing too. She is brilliant and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a sports massage.

   Review for Louise- Sports massage I come to Louise for a ‘deep tissue’ massage when I’m suffering from back pain due to my desk-based job. Louise is professional and very knowledgeable in her field. She knows exactly which areas to target and I can honestly say I immediately feel my tension lifting. After the massage, I feel lighter and flexible thanks to Louise’s ‘magic hands.’ If I could afford to have a ‘deep tissue’ massage every month from Louise I would. I highly recommend her.

   Well what can I say. Visited Dawn at The Healthy Practice as I had 3 unsightly dark facial blemishes on my face that I was quite conscious of. She assured me that she would do her best to remove them using the cryo pen technique. I booked in for 3 sessions at a very reasonable price. To my amazement after the 2nd visit they had all but disappeared. Absolutely delighted with the treatment. Dawn is most knowledgeable and friendly. The procedure was absolutely painless. Thank you Dawn. Would thoroughly recommend

   I recently moved to the area and was looking for a regular massage to support my ongoing healthcare journey & exercise routine. I reached out to Louise about a sports massage and promptly booked one. It was an easy process and I was able to get a time that suited me. Louise was very knowledgeable about physiology and lifestyle as well as being friendly during treatment. The massage itself was what I wanted: deep, firm and thorough. However I asked for treatment on the sterner end of things; Louise offered to tailor the treatment to my needs. Recommended!

   Had an amazing body massage and facial with Sarah today. It was fabulous, as it has been every time I visit. It’s a lovely relaxed setting and this follows through to the treatment rooms which smell beautiful, are cosy with warm soft fluffy towels and relaxing soothing music. I am a big lady and having beauty treatments can make me feel self conscious but Sarah has always made me feel comfortable. Totally recommend a visit if you’re looking for some pampering and chill time.

   This is a great place for any kind of massage. Had a great hot stone massage which was so relaxing. I also then had the perfect deep tissue massage which is exactly what I needed by highly skilled therapist. Walked out there feeling so relaxed. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
