   I feel so uncomfortable having to write this but I think it's so important to share experiences so other people can decide if to go here. The staff were lovely and very welcoming however once we went into the room it went down hill. It was clear our scan was a secret gender scan. However they shown the gender and then turned the screens off after. It was too late and I already saw. Luckily my partner didn't but I did and it's ruined the whole experience. On top of this, the lady in the room with us wouldn't stop talking. We couldn't focus on our baby and enjoying the moment. I even went out of my way to say that this is the first time my partner is seeing our baby and yet she kept on talking over everything. We didn't get a chance to soak it all up and actually enjoy seeing our baby for the first time together. The pictures were also really disappointing, you can hardly see the baby and I felt rushed. We didn't get to experience seeing our baby, and spent most of the time having "checks" done and then having the screen off when the gender was seen anyway. I had to go toilet afterwards to compose myself and it felt absolutely awful pretending I didn't know the gender later on when we read it. Gender reveals are a once in a life time experience, we aren't having any more children and I'm so so gutted to have experienced this. It honestly seemed like the didn't know what they were doing and were more just rushing us and talking over everything instead of allowing us to enjoy this special moment without the gender being ruined too. We have been to see your baby many times with our last child and have always had amazing pictures and it was personable. We chose here for the reviews and heard it was so much better but instead I've spent the day crying and an awful memory I'll always remember.

   We have visited a couple of times now so far during my first pregnancy. Great experience on both occasions. The staff are so friendly and supportive throughout. Would absolutely recommend to anybody for reassurance throughout their pregnancy journey.

   Was dubious about coming due to some of the recent reviews, however I can hand on heart say that my experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming, the clinic was beautiful and they weren't pushy when offering extras. We were nervous attending as we had our young daughter with us - but everyone was so kind and really helped her and us enjoy the experience. We will be back to find out if its a baby brother or Sister!! Thank you!

   I booked in for a 4D scan to see my baby’s face at 28 weeks. On the day I arrived, I was welcomed with smiles and was made to feel so comfortable. Unfortunately my baby was not in a good position and didn’t want to pose for pictures so I was advised to go for a walk to see if baby would move. I had a second scan shortly afterwards and baby was not budging! The ladies invited me back for a rescan for the following week and I was welcomed back. This time my baby was in a better position finally and I managed to get over 40 pictures of her. All staff there were so kind and friendly and made the experience so amazing for me and I cannot thank them enough. I then sat and chose which photos I liked best as I got 4 free with my scan and the digital pictures and video of the scan for free which I thought was amazing value. I bought 2 key rings which are beautiful and a lovely giraffe Teddy with baby’s heart beat inside which is adorable. The ladies gave me a gift bag with a newborn bottle and dummy inside as well as a sample of nappies which I was not expecting considering everything they had already done for me. I would honestly never go anywhere else for my private scans now I have been here. I regret not coming here for my gender scan. Honestly was amazing and staff went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much Window to the womb!

   My husband booked this gift for us on our anniversary and prior to the arrival of our little one. The experience was brilliant. The staff were polite, courteous, professional and patient. Our little one decided to be shy at the time of the sonography scans. Worried that we wouldn't obtain the desired photos, the sonographer encouraged us to take a break, walk and take the time needed to try and encourage the little one to move positions. Unfortunately at the second attempt baby still remained shy. We did get a number of the best photos on the days, however staff at the practice offered us the opportunity to return at a later date and try again, which was warmly welcomed. The icing on the cake was that not only did we receive physical and digital images of baby, but a beautiful frame with the photo of the little one contained within it was presented at the end of this experience. This made our anniversary and our special thanks goes out to each member of the Coventry team that made our experience such a wonderful one. Thanks again, Sunny and Jay

   It’s okay but I don’t think the best service, especially seeing as it’s a lot pricier than other places nearby. The staff are all really friendly and polite and can’t fault them at all on that aspect, but the second scan I had there didn’t provide any measurements, they misplaced the heartbeat to go in the teddy bear so had to be rescanned, and also accidentally let the couple in the waiting room know the gender of their baby when they wanted it as a surprise. Overall okay service but probably not worth the high cost, I wouldn’t return.

   I will firstly say that the staff are nice and polite. But I really don’t understand the 5 stars reviews. I will start by saying I had a 16 weeks scan, price was good. Unfortunately the imaging wasn’t very good compared to other clinics I have been to. My baby’s photos weren’t very good either, that could have been because of how active my baby was. I was disappointed to find out that they don’t actually do any measurements as the report stated just observed. Maybe it was my fault because I didn’t read the small print, but when I had a scan with my son at another clinic we had an extensive report of measurements, like head, abdomen, femur and heartbeat rate. They do explain in their report why they don’t add the measurements but how do they know then if the baby is measuring close to your due date. Another negative point is that I tried contacting them twice through their email address and no one replied. Also I had 39 digital pictures and 20 of them were someone else’s. I gave 3 stars because staff was nice and the sonographer tried as much as he could to take better photos. But I will not go back for another scan.
