“I had a Hifu treatment around my jawline and it was very relaxing and comfortable. The staff were friendly and my appointment was on time. The therapist was very good and made me feel comfortable and the treatment room was warm. I was advised the results take three months to see the maximum benefits so it’s not long enough yet to report on the final results but I will definitely visit Skindeep again.”

“Today I finally used a gift card at The Spa and I am so annoyed that I haven’t been here sooner! Being a person who doesn’t go to spas, salons & hairdressers etc I always feel abit out of place when I do go but I didn’t feel that once during my visit at The Spa. My therapist, Jenna made the whole experience 5 stars. I booked the Spa Starter which includes a Back Massage, Facial & either a Manicure or Pedicure. Before starting the back massage, Jenna asked about any problem areas and pressure and then checked in again once she started which was ideal. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had and I went into having my manicure SO relaxed. It was really lovely to have the same therapist do all my treatments as I felt really well looked after and didn’t feel rushed or passed from pillar to post. Jenna was so friendly and is a great asset to the team. I’d highly recommend and I can’t wait to book in again.”

“We enjoyed a one night stay here for a special birthday a few weeks ago. Our party booked 3 manor house master rooms which were all lovely and a great size. Our room Eastcote, was starting to to show a little bit of wear in a few places but overall it was very comfortable, especially the bed. We had dinner at the Warwick restaurant and absolutely loved it, the 5 course tasting menu was excellent and we felt reasonably priced for the quality. Breakfast was included with our stay and it didn't disappoint though the service was rather slow. We stayed with our dog and he was also made to feel welcome, a table was even set up in the lounge for us so that he could join us for breakfast! The grounds are large enough for a 20 minute walk and he was allowed to be left alone in the room while we had dinner. A bed and water bowl was provided along with a few poo bags and a packet of treats. Service through our stay overall was excellent and we felt very well looked after and we will certainly return.”

Easy to park (although a little limited) No waiting and items were brought to counter v quickly. Have used this branch several times in the past - account set up - always the same quickly service even when items are only available for next day. Would recommend.”

“My first visit to just for pets and wow such a vast choice and great treats for any pet, shop is kept clean and staff are very kind, picked up some sausages for my puppy which he will love and prices on these are great. I will be visiting again very soon”

“Great overnight stay to break our long journey. As other reviews mention, Beverley on reception was super friendly on arrival and have is all the info we needed for a smooth check in. She also organised a member of the team to fetch us some more conditioner to our room when we ran out, and didn't make is feel like we were causing trouble. The hotel is located near a retail park which is handy. Overall a great stay and we will stay there again too break our trips down to the south.”

“We booked a three night Christmas break at this hotel through Great Little Breaks. Having read through some of the previous reviews I was a little concerned whether I’d done the right thing. However we couldn’t fault anything. We booked a deluxe double which overlooked the golf course and the food and amenities were excellent. Nothing negative to say.”

“This is a fabulous nursery I can't rate it highly enough, and reasonably priced. My son Joshua joined when he was 11 months old and I was nervous to leave him at such an early age and return to full time work, but he is loving Catherine House. The staff (especially Sue and Georgina) are great with Joshua; he is always full of smiles when arriving. His development is encouraged and he is always coming home with drawings and paintings. The nursery setting has really helped bring along his speech and crawling/walking. The owners clearly invest a lot of money back into the facilities and it shows. A great nursery that delivers a home from home setting in a beautiful building. We will be sad to leave when we move.”

“Great nail shop! Always quite busy but that just shows the nails are good! I waited up to an hour to be seen but they work quick and efficiently. With a friendly face and small talk. They all work very hard in there. They have loyalty card bonus with up to 20% off.”
