“Had a party today for my son’s 10th birthday 12:15-2:15pm/ 5th July. Exceptional hosts, service and overall amazing party. We had Finlay as our coach for the party and he was amazing and included younger sibling and was so encouraging. Really loved this as several children including my own have SEN needs and he worked fantastically with all children. All staff very polite and helpful. Great attitude with work and happy to help with anything needed or asked of. Food was great and drinks supplied/cake all brilliant. Really loved the experience today and will no doubt be back again! “A great little arena with reasonably priced parking. Although the queue to get in and out was huge so factor in that time. Dress for it being a little colder than a regular event. The match is very family friendly with music when the game stops and encouragement from the DJ and the mascot to cheer. Excellent atmosphere.”

“Great gym for the price you pay, by all means go and pay treble the fee and for what for , Nuffield Rugby has a great team everything you need to get fit , Machines do seem to take along time to get fixed sometimes but plenty of alternatives to use. In general a great gym with good facilities and great staff who always welcome you.”

“Am giving 5 stars based on carol and Alasdair. I was unsure on whether to switch to this gym but carol is the best lady to talk to as she provided extensive options and gave a thorough tour. I didn’t feel pressure and she was warm and friendly. Alasdair is a brilliant instructor I would highly recommend his vinyasa flow classes.”

“After years of seeing different physios and sports therapists about a shoulder issue, I finally am seeing results after a few weeks with Godiva Physio. I'm extremely happy with the way Damien diagnosed the issue. Very pragmatic and gave me clear direction on how to proceed with strength training. No nonsense, straight forward and to the point. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach, and after the 1st treatment I left even MORE determined to get the issue resolved. (So there was a motivational element to the treatment as well!) I have a great deal of confidence in Damien and would not hesitate to recommend him as a physio.”

“Old School Fitness has become a second home to my Family and I, a place we can escape to when everyday life can be a bit chaotic. It's inspirational what Craig and Steph have created with this gym! It's not your 'normal' gym, that's the best thing about it! It's a real community feel with everything you could possibly need for your health and well-being in one place! When I have a classes with Craig (Silverback Strength) I don't feel I need to drag myself there as I would going to a normal gym, i enjoy going there, I enjoy how the class pushes me and when I think I have nothing left to give, it turns out I do!! I couldn't recommend OSF more, it's a community, a Family.”

“My 15 year old daughter started here only a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. There was no pressure at all when she started, they offer a trial service over 2 weeks to make sure you definitely want to do, but my daughter knew after 1 week it was what she wanted to do. The staff are all amazing and so helpful and friendly and you can ask them anything. My daughter has also signed up for the charity event this weekend where they are doing kickboxing from 9am and 9pm. It really is a lovely place and everyone is welcome. Couldn't recommend it enough and it was recommended to me too and I can see why! Keep doing what you're doing you're all awesome!”

I’d heard great things before attending, but experiencing it firsthand was something else entirely. The facilities are top-notch—clean, spacious, and clearly designed with serious training and wellbeing in mind. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel incredibly welcome by Professor Pindi and the rest of the team. Well structured lessons catering for all levels and abilities. First class tuition by instructors that clearly know their stuff. My son loves it here and has made loads of friends. “I have 2 children a girl and a boy that attend spotlight stage school. They both absolutely love it there and have come on so much in confidence since joining. They have both been given fabulous opportunities such as taking part in the annual school show and competing in competitions. They are awarded for their hard work by taking and passing termly exams where their teachers and Miss Vicky put in so much time to perfect them. Brilliant school, Highly recommend.”
