Seems okay. Gym needs improving- layout isn’t great. Machines all crammed together. Way too many treadmills and cardio machines. Lack of women’s equipment too- Booty builders would be a shout! 4 mats in the whole gym means having to use dirty floor often. I don’t mean the gyms dirty, as the staff are constantly cleaning it but cable machine floor is built up area so built up dirt. Lack of mirrors in the gym, nice to see your form to ensure your training the correct muscles. No boxes or steps either. If there is they’re not very accessible. It’s definitely not a beginners gym and you need knowledge to train here- that’s fine just so other people know. PureGym is more convenient in that way- mats, space, amount of machines, boxes, RDL weights. Pricewise too. Think there should be an extra membership with just gym membership no sauna and pool etc. Staff are nice and always happy to help out 2 girls with the brown hair and ginger guy especially.

Fitness Classes are outstanding, with expert teachers and a friendly atmosphere. Centre staff are welcoming and helpful. The café is clean and well cared for. The café staff are excellent - often catering for very large events. Pool area is looking a bit tired. Parents dropping children for swim lessons are allowed to wear outdoor shoes and the areas are often muddy and dirty around the pool. Many of the pool changing room lockers are out of order. Ladies toilets have had a door missing for a long time.

Love the classes. I do forever fit and Pilates on a Monday with Davina and tai’chi fitness and forever fit with Julie on a Wednesday. I go with friend(s) but all the groups are so friendly, we’ve all got to know each other well, been going for years now. We have fun and a laugh so not just good for our bodies but for our well being and mental health. NSSC would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for studio cleaning bit hit and miss, greatly improved lately! But toilet door missing and some lockers out of action. Staff are lovely too especially cafe. It’s a life line for me though, really good for me and very sociable. Would be great to have new classes and keep what we’ve got too.

Remarkable Leisure Centre. Came in on Friday and was blown away with everything. Lady on reception was pleasant (Lilly or Lorren I think her name was), lifeguards were very helpful. Members of staff who work in the gymnasium are very friendly. And the team manager (either Keegan or Kevin, I think his name is Keegan) was absolutely fantastic. He is always very smiley and chirpy when I come in (when i come in the odd occasion). He provided excellent customer service. He went over and beyond when I was asking questions (as my niece who lives in the area is looking to join however is very nervous) he gave the best in depth answers, and i was starting to feel like a burden by disturbing him and he made me feel like i was no bother. If there's people as helpful as him that works here, my niece is going to love it here. A true asset to North Solihull Leisure Center.

My daughter has been attending North Solihull swimming baths for the past 6 years. Her new swim teacher Hannah has been amazing— patient, encouraging, and brilliant at building her confidence. Our daughter's attitude has changed so much with Hannah and for the first time she looks forward to her sessions. Highly recommend Hannah

Visited the centre to watch England Boxing National Youth Championships. The centre is well signposted, has a big free car park. Although the building externally is a bit tired, it has all you need for a local leisure centre. Pool, changing rooms and large double court with seating. Staff are polite and helpful. Little but functional cafe that were very helpful.

It is OK overall. You get to use pool and gym in one monthly payment which is good. Could be a bit cleaner especially in the pool area and the pool lockers. Staff is relaxed. Opening hours have changed to save energy.

Needs renovation. The shower doors in the Changing Village hardly close properly. There's about 3cm on the latch and there's mould in the shower seals. Shower head does not spray water evenly. No plug sockets and use of hair dryer requires coins.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Firstly I can never get through on the phone to make a booking. I dont always have internet access but when I have tried to book online you HAVE TO join as a member (which means you constantly get bombarded with spam even if you opt out) and the site is so hard to navigate. Aside from this the changing rooms are ALWAYS filthy and smell like urine and sewage. I find the staff members unfriendly and unhelpful. Also the availability for casual swim sessions is near to none which reinforces my views that this company is all about money as there are always lessons on. I made a complaint via their contact us page to which the response they gave me was pitiful
